Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before joining multiplayer lobbies or purchasing virtual items on the Wavelength fan platform.

Independent Fan Platform

This application is an entirely independent, fan-made digital project. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the official Wavelength board game, Palm Court LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks, service marks, and game concept copyrights belong solely to their respective trademark holders.

1. Account Registration & Guest Profiles

You may play Wavelength as a local Guest or register using Google Authentication to create a Member account. Guest details are stored locally on your device via browser cache (localStorage) and will be deleted if you clear your browser cookies. Registered members agree to keep their Google account credentials secure.

2. Wavelength Coins & Refund Policy

Virtual Currency (Wavelength Coins) can be purchased on the storefront via Stripe integration to customize profile styles, expand lobbies, or unlock additional prompt decks.

  • Coins and digital cosmetics are strictly virtual goods and have no real-world cash value.
  • Virtual currency is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is restricted solely for use within this fan application.
  • Strict No-Refunds Policy: All purchases of Wavelength Coins and digital assets are final and 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. User Behavior & Multiplayer Etiquette

Multiplayer game rooms are real-time, shared social spaces. When writing clues or choosing custom prompt cards, players must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to restrict access to the multiplayer lobby or terminate user profiles for griefing, spam, harassment, or abusive clue-writing behavior.

4. Limitation of Liability

This fan service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any server disruptions, loss of cached guest profile statistics, or modifications made to prompt decks.
